Our client, a hugely successful and inspiring businesswoman, is looking for a Private/Business PA to assist her and her Central London based team. This role will be split 50-50, based over 2 Central locations, one being the business office and the other her private residence. This fabulous PA opportunity will have exciting challenges and will offer huge potential for the right candidate to take on additional projects/responsibility as trust builds.
Private PA duties will include managing her personal international travel and diary; liaising with global offices; organising social events – dinner parties and restaurants bookings etc; liaising with her property management company, co-ordinating future refurbishment of private residence working closely with architects and interior designers; personal shopping/ running personal errands and providing any research and assistance for future projects.
Business PA duties will include diary and travel management for a small senior team; assisting with events and roadshows (national & international); helping put together documentation and presentations when necessary and generally providing office support and basic finance admin.
This hugely exciting PA role will suit someone with solid (4 years+) private and business PA experience who is used to running up market private and business events, and is looking for a position where they can add immediate value and make the role their own. The successful candidate will be engaging with bags of energy and initiative and have a strong positive can do attitude. Some international travel maybe required.
