Job Description

We are looking for a well presented, articulate Private PA to work part time for UHNW individual who is based primarily in Chelsea.  This role will be dealing with all his personal affairs and will be incredibly varied (diary, meeting, travel, hospitality, managing properties, shopping, finance etc).  Key for this role is a flexible, personable candidate who is reliable and able to build instant trust.  This role will ideally be 3x days a week (5 hours) and will involve a mix of remote working, meeting the client on site and carrying out various on the move tasks.  This role would be ideal for a back to work mother or a candidate looking for a role to juggle with other interests.  Previous personal PA / Property Management experience would be an advantage.  For this role we really do need someone who is one step ahead and able to plan a busy and forever changing schedule.  Excellent organisation and communication skills essential.

Personal shopping and gift buying

Previous personal PA experience
