Job Description

Our client, an established and welcoming professional services firm, is seeking a temporary receptionist. Based in impressive offices in the City, you must have prior office experience in a client facing role. Your duties will include; being first point of contact for all guests, a confident gatekeeper, preparing and clearing meeting rooms, managing the meeting room diary and assisting the EAs where needed. There will also be the opportunity to take on additional administration and office management duties, a team player and proactive candidate is vital. The office has such a great environment and it is a lovely firm to build your office exposure within.
