Job Description

This is a fabulous opportunity for a switched on and motivated individual who is looking to develop their career.  Our client a incredibly successful and established boutique finance company need a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their dynamic and high energy team.  Based from stunning central London offices, the role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Building relationships
  • Assisting with the office management  

This is a company who really invest in their support staff, the scope to progress and take on more is huge.  The pace will be fast and ever changing.  The ideal Receptionist/Admin Assistant will have previous office experience as well as hospitality, someone who enjoys being the go to person for the office and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved.  The ability to work autonomously and be solutions driven with an agile approach to your work is key.  A secretarial qualification such as OMBS or Quest would be a massive bonus.
