Job Description

We are looking for a confident and skilled Receptionist candidate who has at least a couple of years professional Reception experience. Our clients are looking for a charming, articulate and assertive Receptionist to join them. This role will cover additional duties also. Based in state of the art, brand new offices in the City, with a gorgeous roof terrace and excellent views, this is a company who really look after their staff, all get on exceptionally well and all muck in together. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, take pride in their role and a willingness to help out.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling meeting rooms
  • Able to manage the Video Conference/Tech facilities
  • Meeting room set up/clear down
  • Answering the phones
  • Refreshments
  • Ability to juggle and plan
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Dealing with the post, couriers, etc.
  • Helping the PA’s with overflow duties
