Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, warm and friendly Receptionist to work for a Boutique Hedge Fund in Mayfair. Based in stunning offices, as the Receptionist, you will be responsible for their front of house; meeting and greeting guests and liaising with people at all levels and therefore you must have excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner. As the Receptionist you will be oversee the smooth running of the office and be in charge of all ad hoc administration for example, post, catering, calls and deliveries. As well as this you will be able to help the partners with diary management, travel booking, expenses, helping with the HR and any other ad hoc projects.

They are looking for a Receptionist who is happy to muck in, and get involved with anything needed, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and capability. It is vital that the successful candidate is well presented as this will be the first point of contact for visitors. This is a fabulous opportunity for a Receptionist who wants a few extras to the role. You must have excellent MS office skills, previous Receptionist experience and be willing to juggle many different balls whilst working with diligence and precision. The hours are 8.30 – 6pm based near Green Park.
