We have an amazing opportunity for a Receptionist to join a fantastic Law Firm in their stunning offices in Central London. This is a fabulous opportunity that is not to be missed for a polished and slick Receptionist seeking work in a fun, fast-paced and dynamic environment. You must have solid experience in an office environment for this role. It is vital that as the main Receptionist you have excellent communication skills with a brilliant telephone manner because you will be liaising with couriers, vendors, caterers etc as well as senior level employees and clients. You will also be the face of the company, working very closely with another Receptionist, so it is essential to be a team player, working together to keep the office pristine and welcoming. Day to day requirements will include ad-hoc duties, meeting and greeting visitors, inbox management, dealing with technology, setting up meeting rooms etc. This company has many people in and out of their office, and therefore as Receptionist you must be professional, friendly and hardworking.
