Job Description

We are looking for a polished, articulate and switched on receptionist. Working within 5 star offices in Chelsea, the Receptionist will be the gateway to this Luxury company and must have excellent customer service skills. Dealing with a high volume of calls from clients the Receptionist must have experience dealing with calls from people at all levels and across all emotions. You will need to be calm, polite and professional. Alongside dealing with phone calls, the Receptionist will be meeting and greeting clients, managing the meeting rooms and the meeting room diary and providing exceptional service both internally and externally. The hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Candidates must have several years previous Reception experience within professional services.
