A finance company based in a smart townhouse in Mayfair is seeking a Receptionist & Office Assistant. Key responsibilities will include manning the main switchboard and ensuring the office is kept in a presentable state, scheduling meetings and meeting and greeting visitors, arranging travel, dealing with post and petty cash, ordering office supplies, filing, and providing general admin support to the 6 Directors based in the small family office. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, highly organised, have excellent communication skills, take a pride in their work, and have had previous experience in a similar role.
