Are you a super star receptionist looking to find a new challenge? We have a lovely reception role working at a top London Consultancy. The role will be based on their front desk alongside one other receptionist. The business really looks after their support staff and their benefits package is very generous so it is a wonderful place to work. The business is prestigious so we are looking for a high calibre receptionist who takes pride in their appearance and delivering a first class service. There are a lot of very important visitors who come in to the office, so therefore we are looking for a confident receptionist who is used to dealing with all types of people in a professional manner.  The successful receptionist will come from a professional services background and have had at least a year of previous reception experience. Our client are based in new, very smart City offices and they are hoping to find a candidate who is looking to settle in the role and stay long term.

Typical receptionist duties will include; managing a busy switchboard, meeting and greeting guests, ordering catering, meeting room scheduling, distributing the post, ordering stationary and office supplies, supporting the Facilities Manager and typical office admin.
