Job Description

Our client, a successful legal firm are seeking a personable, professional, and confident Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their exceptional team.

Our client has such a lovely culture, and they truly value their support staff, this is a 12-month temp role, based in gorgeous offices in the West End.

We are looking for an organised, discreet, and warm Receptionist/ Office Assistant, who enjoys being the office gatekeeper with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Office management

  • Ad hoc responsibilities

  • Confidential document management

  • Extensive diary management

  • Booking meetings

  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers

This is such a lovely role for a candidate looking to grow and develop their supporting skillset, as you will be both Receptionist and Office Assistant – supporting the PAs and covering their holidays.

You will be part of a Front of House team of 2 – our client’s preferred start date is early December 2021.
