Job Description

An award winning European style high street coffee house is seeking a Senior Facilities/Office Manager to run their busy head office in the West End.  Working across three floors, the role will require general building/facility management including managing the reception area, switchboard, room scheduling, building security and the cleaning contract; team management and coordination; being the key point of contact for the central office and undertaking general administration; acting as the budget holder for office equipment and facilities, and overseeing the training facility and Recruitment Centre.  A minimum of 5 years office/facilities management experience is required, ideally in a hotel or leisure facility with events management experience.  The ideal candidate will be driven, engaging and influential, leading by example, and unafraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in when needed.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work in an informal and fun but busy environment which promotes a strong culture of teamwork.
