A fabulous PA opportunity has arisen to join a non for profit organisation in a Senior PA capacity within their Executive Office. Based in stunning offices in Mayfair, you must have at least 5 years PA experience at senior level, have experience of managing a small team and be a proficient minute taker.
The purpose of this PA role is to manage the Executive Office supporting the CEO and Academy President as well as providing secretariat support to the Senior Management Team, with the help of 2 Assistants! There will be lots of liaising with senior officials and their staff in government, industry, professional bodies and offices of the Royal Family.
PA duties will include managing busy inboxes (drafting responses where necessary)/diaries and organising international travel itineraries; being first point of contact for the CEO & President; preparation of papers, letters, presentations and meetings; coordinating the Academy’s bi-annual Queen’s national Honours submissions process; assisting with ad-hoc cross Academy projects; compiling board documentation and taking minutes quarterly and managing two Assistants.
The ideal candidate will have a confident and calm approach to their work, be very much a self-starter and be able to lead by example with a warm and open personality.
