This role is a true lynch pin in the busy team and supports the team across all areas of the business with administration, facilities and office management. You will be confident, and strong communicator and super organised, able to juggle and multi task, whilst remaining calm and happy. Your key administrative responsibilities in the role include ordering stationery, office supplies and co ordinating deliveries, health and safety, facility management and being the eyes and ears of the Operations Manager. You will have a flexible, can-do attitude and demonstrate bags of common sense and a willingness to learn and muck in. Ideally you will have office experience and a relevant health safety qualification ideally, if you have ever assisted with an office move this would be ideal. You must be super organised and enjoy a busy and varied workload where you work independently as well as part of a team.
