We have a wonderful opportunity for a Team Administrator who is looking to get their foot in the door at a Financial Advisory business. Based in fabulous offices in the heart of the City, this company have a lovely team focussed culture and they are looking for someone who can develop and grow with them. You will be responsible for general office duties such as meeting and greeting, booking meeting rooms, being the first point of contact on the phones, ordering stationery and general office duties as required. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping in touch with their clients, arranging meetings with them and regular written correspondence, therefore you will have excellent English written skills and be comfortable writing business terminology. You will be confident in your ability, smart and eager to learn!
