Our client is lovely and seeking a Team Assistant to support a busy legal team, based in beautiful offices in Victoria our client is a globally established financial firm. This is a maternity cover and the team are seeking a proactive, efficient and dynamic Team Assistant to provide seamless cover, the Team Assistant is a crucial member within their team and a team player is essential. You will be supporting a team of 12 and a minimum of 5 years’ experience is essential, your duties will include; diary management, global travel coordination, assisting with inboxes, Investor meetings, Board meetings, event management and expenses. You will be liaising extensively with Assistants globally, a confident communicator is vital, the team have a sense of humour and are looking for bubbly, hardworking and capable Assistant to join their team and really become a member of their community. There is lots of opportunity to assist across the company and jump on board with exciting projects – this is highly encouraged, being the first to raise your hand is a respected attribute within the company.
