A rapidly growing global events, media and advisory business with headquarters in London is seeking a Team Assistant to support the Sales Team and Head of Sales.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, responsibilities for this Team Assistant role will include assisting with general admin, events, sponsorship, sales materials, presentations, research, record keeping and helping to implement and improve new systems and processes. Working closely with the Events Director, there will be opportunities for travel to global events.
With ambitious company expansion plans, you must be flexible, adaptable, open to change and a real team player. You should be highly organised, able to prioritise and have excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and have previous support and B2B events experience.
This is an office-based role (9-6 pm) with some out of hours support required although there may be some flexible working opportunities.
