Job Description

A very exciting client is seeking a lovely team assistant to join their dynamic and sociable team of assistants. Based in boutique style offices in trendy Notting Hill, this is the ideal position for someone with some office admin experience behind them, ready to take on a new career challenge! You need to be super organised as you will be the PA to three managers and able to juggle and co-ordinate with three diaries. The phone rings off the hook in this office so confidence with answering calls and taking messages accurately and efficiently is vital.  You should also be comfortable dealing with invoicing, excel sheets for expenses and setting up and managing mobile phone accounts. Ideally you will be a social media wizard as you will be regularly updating the company’s website and social channels. This is a hands-on role and you need to be happy to muck in with any ad hoc administrative tasks which are thrown at you! This is a unique company with a strong ‘work hard play hard’ ethos. You will be involved in regular team drinks and away days – being a strong team player is very important. My client is looking for a sparky and confident individual with a great personality! This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to get started in their first job on the career path to being a PA, ideally with a secretarial course or similar qualification under their belt, strong MS Office skills and 60wpm touch typing would be fantastic.
