Responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, managing the switchboard, co-ordinating and setting up global conference calls, organising meeting rooms, providing office management duties such as ordering office supplies, and providing general office admin support as required. You must be professional, welcoming, well-spoken and articulate with a can-do flexible attitude and excellent IT and communication skills.
