Job Description

We are looking for a Temporary PA/Office Manager to join a boutique Property company in the West End. The role will be to start asap until early next year.

Working alongside a small team of 10, this is a great opportunity for a temporary candidate who enjoys variety within their working day. The team are social and friendly, and they have a great working culture.

This is a full time office based role and all applicants must be immediately available.

 

Duties will include:

  • Diary management to 4 Directors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Event management
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Answering the phones
  • Meeting preparation
  • Updating the company website
  • Ad hoc support to the team

 

The successful candidate must have previous experience supporting a small team and should be confident managing the overall running of an office. Previous experience in property or a boutique office environment would also be beneficial.
