Our client, a leading Executive Search firm is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to support two Senior Partners. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately to temp for the next 2-3 months.
Working in stunning City offices, our client works with world leading organisations and they are looking for a candidate who has previous experience working in a client facing environment.
The successful candidate must have a background working in Executive Search and should be confident working to tight deadlines at a high pace.
Our client offers a hybrid working environment with 2 days being office based and 3 days working from home. They really look after their employees, and they have a fantastic team culture.
Duties will include:
- Project coordination
- Setting up interviews
- Complex diary management
- Managing client relationships
- Writing reports
- Preparing presentations
- Event management
- Restaurant bookings
- Processing expenses
- Database management
