Our client, a growing tech start up are looking for a temporary EA to support their Chief Experience Officer. The company is growing rapidly, and they plan to double in size over the next 12 months, so this is a very exciting time to join the business.
Based in Reading, our client offers a hybrid working set up where the successful candidate will be based in the office 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.
The successful candidate will be confident using zoom, slack and G-Suite and must have previous experience working for a start-up or within tech. They are looking for an EA who is used to working at a fast pace with high demands, who can be proactive and can use their initiative.
The successful candidate must be available immediately and able to commute to Reading (they have on site parking available).
Duties will include:
• Diary management, scheduling meeting and prioritising
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and follow up action points
• Draft documents and presentations
• Travel Arrangements
• Assisting with recruitment
• Market Research and Analysis
• Client liaison
• Event Management
• Working closely with the teams across the business
