We are recruiting for a growing tech company based in the City who are seeking an energetic and professional Temporary Office Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity where no two days will be the same working for a fabulous company, who really value their employees. Our client is looking for an Office Administrator who can provide support to them team whilst ensuring seamless Front of House support.
This is an interim temporary role starting asap for a period of 6-8 weeks so all applicants must be available immediately.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting
- Managing events and catering
- Arranging meetings – onsite and offsite
- International travel arrangements
- Team administration
- Answering the phones
- Managing the meeting room diary
- Ordering supplies
- Organising couriers
The successful candidate will have previous experience working on reception and providing administration support to a busy team. Our client is looking for a team player who is willing to muck in across the business.
