Our client, an exciting Private Equity start up are looking to recruit a Temporary Team EA to assist them on an ad hoc basis.
This is a broad and exciting role for an EA who likes variety and working across different areas of a business.
The successful EA will start on a remote basis until lockdown eases and will then be required to work from their beautiful offices in Mayfair. With a variable workload our client is looking for an EA who can be flexible on a part time and full time basis.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Setting up conference calls
Printing, binding and scanning
Answering the phones
Alongside the support focussed duties, the successful EA will also assist with HR administration, compliance and office management.
The ideal candidate will also have previous experience working within Investor Relations and Private Equity.
