Part Time Admin Assistant (3 Days)

Job Description

We are looking for a truly exceptional part-time Administrative Assistant to join a fast paced, dynamic office in Mayfair, working 3x full days a week. This is a newly created role and will be working alongside a global team and the Principle who runs her life at 100mph. She has incredibly high and exacting standards and expects excellence from her team, in return she looks after her staff and rewards handsomely. Potentially hybrid post probation.

We are seeking a resilient, confident, part-time Administrative Assistant who is IT savvy and all over the detail. This role will be database driven and will be constant in regards to creating and updating relevant material. The Principle requires her life to run like clock work and it is important for her to be represented in the correct way, as such, attention to detail is critical.

Ideal candidate will be bright and switched on, measured and considered in their approach. You need to take your job seriously and love admin – this would suit a candidate who is structured in their approach and familiar with constantly checking their work. Please note this is a 3x day a week role.
