4 days in the office

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide seamless, high-impact support to our CEO & Founder. Working for a successful scale up, this is much more than your traditional EA role. Alongside world-class executive support, you will provide structured, strategic coordination to improve prioritisation, follow-through and senior leadership delivery. This is ideal for a highly capable EA who enjoys operating at pace, thrives in ambiguity and wants exposure to selective Chief-of-Staff-style responsibilities, without full COS ownership. You will sit at the center of the business, protecting executive time, driving alignment and ensuring momentum across key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Diary Management & Executive Time Optimisation

Proactively manage a busy and constantly shifting diary

  • Act as gatekeeper, triaging requests by urgency and strategic value
  • Protect focus time and maintain structure across the executive week
  • Bring calm, order and rhythm to a demanding environment

Meeting Preparation & Executive Readiness

  • Prepare agendas, briefing packs and pre-reads
  • Gather stakeholder inputs to ensure clarity of purpose and outcomes
  • Track decisions, actions and accountability
  • Ensure CEO and SLT are consistently well-prepared for internal and external engagements

Strategic Coordination & Project Support

  • Support prioritisation of key business initiatives
  • Interpret commercial and financial data and present clearly
  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders
  • Improve workflow, follow-through and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up
  • Confident working with a demanding, fast-moving senior leader
  • Strong commercial awareness and comfort interpreting financial data
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Highly proactive and anticipate needs several steps ahead
  • Strong judgement and discretion with sensitive information
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office, data presentation and AI tools
