Job Description

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a well presented, articulate, entrepreneurial EA to join the London office of this global conglomerate business.

You will be the lynch pin and gatekeeper to the joint Co-Founders who are fast paced, busy individuals with high and exacting standards. They are truly excellent at what they do, as such surround themselves with like-minded people – bright and switched on.

This is a large, varied EA role where no one day will be the same, as well as supporting in a traditional capacity – complex diary, meeting and travel arrangements you will also be involved in many projects including high end global events and staff / office management.

You will be relied upon to make things happen, often at last minute and really do need to have lots of initiative and able to juggle a busy and forever changing work load – always prepared to go the extra mile and re-prioritise where necessary. Excellent organisation and communication skills an absolute must as well as a flexible, can-do approach. Resilience and an ambitious mind set key.

Ideal candidate will have previously supported at C-Suite / Co-Founder / HNWI level in a business capacity and come from a boutique finance or start up business.

  • Senior business EA with previous co-founder / c-suite support

  • Polished, professional, articulate EA
  • Extremely well organised with excellent communication
  • A team player with a flexible, can do approach
  • Resilient – able to multi task and change direction at a moments notice
  • Ambitious and career driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
