We are looking for a proactive, confident and highly professional candidate looking to move into a fast paced Customer Service Coordinator role. Working for a luxury, interior design company, you will ensure a seamless customer experience from point of purchase through to order delivery. Full training will be given, with plenty of room for career progression.

Experience using software programmes to process orders is essential.

Your duties will include:

• Delivering first class customer service
• Processing customer orders
• Placing Pos
• Creating invoices
• Liaising with suppliers and resellers, building relationships
• Organising and tracking deliveries
• Updating databases
• General admin and ad hoc support to the wider sales team
• Proactively following up on any outstanding orders/invoices/post delivery after care

You will be:

• Personable with excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic and confident
• High levels of attention to detail
• Team player, with ability to work independently
• Well-presented
