A fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join one of our longest standing clients in buzzy Clerkenwell. You will be working in a premium, luxury design brand providing high quality customer service and processing orders with great attention to detail. The right candidate will be friendly, proactive and be able to multi-task and stay calm whilst under pressure!

Your duties will include:

• To deliver first class customer service
• Answering the phone and responding to emails
• Processing customer orders
• Checking stock and creating reservations
• Placing Purchase Orders
• Raising VAT Invoices and sending to customers
• Organising and monitoring deliveries within the UK
• Proactively contacting contractors post delivery to provide after sales service
