We’re working on a fantastic temporary opportunity for a Customer Service Executive, ideal for someone with experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail. Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking Insurance/Tech company based in the City, though this role offers remote/hybrid flexibility.
This is a modern customer service role, where you’ll be supporting customer enquiries via live chat, perfect for junior candidates looking to gain experience! You’ll be working closely with the talent acquisition team, who are heading into a busy period and need a strong temporary team of Customer Service Executives.
You’ll need to visit the office on February 24th to collect your tech and complete a training day. After that, you can work remotely or on a hybrid basis. This is a full-time role (5 days per week) with shifts ranging from 9am–6pm or 1pm–9pm, including some occasional weekend shifts on a rota.
