EA - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Job Description

An exciting 12 month fixed term contract has opened up, working for a hugely dynamic think tank in Oxford Circus. An expanding and global company so there is possibility for this person to stay on full time after the 12 months. Joining a really fun and social team, buzzy offices, fab team of EA's!

This is an EA position, supporting the Chief Technology Officer + 2 members of the Legal Team. This role will suit a Team Assistant looking for a step up into a fast paced and busy EA position. An added bonus if the candidate is interested in or has experience in Technology and AI.

Duties will include:

• Diary management and scheduling meetings
• Travel bookings
• Liaising across different departments
• Mucking in with Ops and HR

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 2 solid years of being a PA or Team Assistant
• Be hungry and curious to learn and muck in
• be one of those people who enjoys being helpful!
• Have an interest in technology
• be confident and a team player
