We have a sensational opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the MD of an innovative and sustainable flooring company in Clerkenwell. Supporting at a high level, this EA will need to be full of initiative and able to upwardly manage meeting schedules and a busy inbox, as well as assisting with business reporting and exciting upcoming projects.

The office is beautiful and the company is run like a large family, with all their core values in the right place, so the right EA will be able to settle into the role long term. This is unique role for an EA looking for a challenge within a pioneering and established company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diary Management for Managing Director
• Inbox management
• Business Meeting Preparation and recording minutes
• Prepare salaries, commissions
• Manage pension scheme
• Prepare Contracts of Employments for new starters
• Manage holiday calendar
• Manage company expenses and invoices

All candidates must be a real team player, meticulous attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines. The pace is high energy, this Executive Assistant will be given a strong amount of autonomy to make decisions on their boss’s behalf.
