Job Description

A lovely opportunity has come up for an experienced EA to support a small, high performing Corporate Development team within a well established, international business operating in the events and exhibitions space.

This is a 1–2 month interim role, providing support to a team of four, with a particular focus on the Chief Corporate Development Officer. It’s a fairly “heads down” team, so they’re looking for someone who is confident and capable, but equally happy working in a quieter environment and getting on with things independently.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a busy inbox
  • Complex diary management and scheduling
  • Organising international travel and logistics
  • Keeping things running smoothly day-to-day and staying one step ahead

They’re looking for someone who is:

  • Bright, proactive and quick to pick things up
  • Calm, confident and resilient
  • Happy supporting at a senior level in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong all-rounder who can juggle priorities with ease

The details:

  • Start: Early April (ideally next week)
  • Duration: 1–2 months
  • Location: Paddington (hybrid, usually 3 days in the office)
  • Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Rate: £20–£23 per hour + holiday pay
