EA – Exec Search (12 month FTC)

Job Description

We are looking for an unflappable, experienced EA to join an Executive Search firm to support their extremely successful Partners. This is a contract role with scope to go long term for the right candidate – an EA with experience working in Executive Search is preferred! This is a fantastic EA position where no two days are the same, you will be constantly operating at full capacity and so a calm, pragmatic approach is essential. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days from home.

• Extensive diary management across time zones
• Being the first point of contact for internal and external clients
• Organising travel and managing consultant expenses
• Preparing complex documentation to demanding deadlines
• Maintaining the in-house database accurately.
