EA for Boutique Property Advisory Firm

Job Description

Our client is a charming, boutique property advisory firm that specialises in buying and selling properties on behalf of private, UHNWI clients from around the globe. They are an incredibly fun, sociable team based in slick offices around the Chelsea area.

We are looking for a motivated EA to join their team to provide 360-degree business support to three executives and the wider team when necessary.

Duties are include but are not limited to:

• Proactive diary management of the executives incredibly busy schedules
• Drafting, sending contracts and editing reports
• Helping the executives prepare for property pitches
• CRM management
• Coordinate any travel and all the relevant logistics
• Manage correspondence via both phone an emails
• Manage the team SharePoint situation
• Ad-hoc industry research
• Provide ad-hoc support to the wider buying team when necessary
• Occasional travel to the Oxfordshire office

Person specification:

• Excellent attention to detail & written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under time pressure
• Discretion and confidentially
• Personable
• Good knowledge of London
