EA for Successful Finance House

Job Description

A hugely successful Finance House based out of gorgeous offices in the heart of the West End are looking for an EA to come in and support one of their Managing Directors with ad hoc support to their team.

Coming in to support this Managing Director and his busy team, you will have worked in finance before, for principles who work on the client side of the business. You will be adept and fast and ever changing diary management, international travel management which also changes at a moments notice as well as getting involved in ad hoc projects namely events and conferences.

We are looking for someone who has worked in Financial advisory, investment banking or more boutique finance. Someone who has worked in a fast paced and demanding environment, is detail orientated, proactive and able to anticipate well and stay 10 steps ahead. The ideal candidate will thrive at building relationships internally and externally as well as having a positive attitude.
