Job Description

An exciting EA role has come up working for a global think tank in the West End. This role has opportunities for hybrid working. You will be supporting an incredibly busy and impressive Director who manages a Fundraising team. The role includes classic EA duties as well as Stakeholder management and would suit a client facing candidate with fabulous communication skills. Joining a fabulous team of EA’s, the team are diverse, dynamic and sociable. It’s very fast paced, with high profile people walking in and out. A brilliant opportunity for an EA looking for a step up.

Duties will include:

• Heavy diary management
• Global travel booking and itineraries
• Assisting with fundraising projects
• Organising events
• Managing internal and external communications
• Stakeholder management
