We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who can work at pace, to support an ambitious, wildly successful CEO of a Bank. An incredibly busy individual, the successful candidate may be expected to travel with the CEO to his nationwide meetings. In addition to your traditional EA duties, you will act as a role model/leader to the wider PA team, nurturing them and willing to assist with their projects and holiday covers.

This is an incredible opportunity for to work for such an interesting individual, based in gorgeous open plan, sociable offices in The City with stunning London views.

Your duties will include:

• Diary management
• Travel bookings and preparing itineraries
• Inbox management
• Availability to travel nationwide
• Leader to the wider PA team
