Job Description

My client is a super dynamic and exciting FinTech Business who are growing rapidly in scale up phase! They are looking for an outstanding EA to support the CEO and Founder and offer wider support across the team. A full throttle, business focused role, managing the CEO’s diary, scheduling meetings with clients all over the globe, juggling time zones and staying on top of everything. On top of this there will be light support to the Client Advisory Team too.

The ideal candidate will have worked on a trading desk or within capital markets.

Duties will include:

  • Executive Support
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to liase with clients and investors.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, letters, etc.), responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
  • Identifying and prioritizing urgent tasks, ensuring the executive remains focused on high-level strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external use.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Ensure that any key post meeting items are followed up on.
  • Plan and execute company events, conferences, and business functions.
  • Project & Client Account Coordination
  • Keep abreast of all key client facing projects, ensuring that core meetings are scheduled and client stakeholders/ key client relationships are tracked

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working on a Trading Floor
  • Have experience working in Capital Markets/ stocks and shares
  • Have supported at C Suite level + across the wider team
  • Be used to working in a fast pace
  • Be self-starting and happy working autonomously
