A hugely exciting opportunity has arisen for a top-tier Executive Assistant to support a highly successful UHNW Founder within a global investment environment. This is a rare chance to work as a true right hand to an entrepreneurial and internationally focused Founder who oversees a portfolio of businesses across multiple sectors and regions.
We are particularly keen to hear from exceptional EAs currently working within Investment Banking and Private Equity / high-level financial services environments, ideally from globally recognised firms. Candidates must be used to operating at pace, managing ever-changing priorities and supporting senior stakeholders across multiple time zones.
This is a standalone, highly trusted role requiring complete discretion, maturity and gravitas. The successful candidate will become deeply embedded in the Founder’s professional and private world, acting as a true extension of them across all aspects of day-to-day life and business operations.
Duties will include:
• Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple international time zones
• Extensive global travel coordination including commercial and private aviation
• Liaising with CEOs, board members and senior leadership teams across a global portfolio
• Managing seamless communication and alignment between multiple entities
• Handling confidential business and personal matters with absolute discretion
• Coordinating household staff, residences and private lifestyle logistics
• Acting as gatekeeper and trusted point of contact on behalf of the Founder
• Supporting with ad hoc projects, stakeholder management and operational coordination
The ideal candidate will be:
• Highly polished, discreet and emotionally intelligent
• Experienced supporting senior executives/UHNW individuals within finance or investment environments
• Flexible and adaptable mindset
• Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone EA capacity
• Calm under pressure and confident managing complex global schedules
