We are searching for an exceptional EA to support the CEO of an industry leading FTSY 100 company. The successful EA will be extremely polished and have prior experience of working at a similar level, providing right hand support and acting as an ambassador to their CEO. This CEO is extremely personal and approachable, yet very structured, and as their EA, you will need to have excellent and proven organisational skills, whilst being used to building relationships both externally and internally. The role will include a high volume of scheduling and travel organisation, and in addition, the CEO is looking for an EA who is able to run with projects and have a strategic eye when managing his day to day.
This EA position is primarily focused on business support, however there will a small percentage of personal support, and therefore we are looking for a discreet EA who is used to being extremely confidential. Working within a team of EAs, who support the Leadership Team, they are looking for an EA with gravitas who can take a lead, yet also be a team player who is happy to help out wherever and provide cover if necessary. This role will require an EA who is dedicated, ambitious, but also down to earth.
With a competitive salary and package, this role will be based in gorgeous offices in the West End, but with the possibility of working from home one day a week.
