A highly successful investment banking firm located in
prime Westminster offices is seeking a temporary EA to provide holiday cover
for their CEO. This firm offers a fantastic working environment with a
close-knit team of 20.
As the EA supporting the CEO, you should have prior experience in the finance sector, ideally at the C-Suite level. You will excel in managing complex, rapidly changing diaries, coordinating international travel that often changes on short notice, and handling various ad hoc projects, including events and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking or boutique finance, thriving in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at anticipating needs to stay ahead. Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, along with a positive attitude, are essential for success in this role.
