Job Description

High end PE company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Senior EA to come on board to support the Leadership team within the business. This is a busy, fast paced role that works alongside the EA to CEO.

We are looking for a well presented, articulate candidate who has a positive, can-do approach. The role is mainly organisational and so the ability to juggle and multi tasks complex diaries and meetings is essential as well as strong communication skills at all levels across the business. This is a great role for an EA who is looking to work in a dynamic finance business – we are looking for strong previous EA experience, finance exposure would be an advantage but not essential.

Please note this role is fully office based.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings, conference calls & managing busy diaries - updating the shared calendar and individuals’ calendars.
  • Working with other PA’s to coordinate various team members meetings/setting up Board meetings.
  • Travel arrangements, creating itineraries
  • Completing monthly expenses.
  • General admin; amending, creating, printing, binding, scanning documents.
  • Booking restaurant reservations, responding with RSVPs for events and virtual conferences.
  • Assisting with the coordination of internal events; annual Ski Trip, annual Christmas party, bi-monthly Greatness Lectures in the office.
  • Assisting with the coordination of charity relations, fundraisers and events.
  • Helping to manage the social media accounts.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience of supporting in a PA capacity and ideally working for multiple members of staff.
  • Exceptionally well organised, able to work in an incredibly fast-paced corporate environment with the ability to prioritise & multi-task. Sufficient experience and knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working across different time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and be ready to “muck in".
