Executive Assistant - 12 month Maternity Cover

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing and highly respected Private Equity firm based in beautiful Marylebone offices. Renowned for its collaborative, professional culture, this is a genuinely excellent environment in which to grow! This is a 12-month maternity cover, ideally starting in April (or sooner).

You will be joining a supportive and well-established EA team, this role sits within one of the firm’s most fast-paced departments and therefore requires a truly exceptional EA who thrives on pace. Diaries move constantly and priorities shift quickly, so confidence, agility, and sound judgement are essential!

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience within Private Equity (Executive Search, or a fast-paced finance environment will also be considered)
• Remain calm under pressure, highly organised, and confident in a dynamic setting
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and excellent judgement
• Be polished, professional, and poised
• Bring the right personality fit; someone with presence and a good level of confidence
