Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Business Assistant / Chief of Staff to support a high-performing founder and sales leader working across multiple ventures in the UK, Europe, and the US.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-paced business. You’ll act as the founder’s right hand, ensuring smooth operations, enabling strategic focus, and managing both professional and personal projects with confidence and discretion.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the founder to:

  • Drive productivity and streamline daily operations across several businesses.
  • Coordinate and manage executive-level communications, meetings, and travel.
  • Support client engagements and occasionally attend meetings or events in person.
  • Oversee a range of projects including sales strategy, training coordination, and property management.
  • Take ownership of inboxes and messages (including LinkedIn and WhatsApp) to maintain focus and responsiveness.
  • Manage and execute administrative and strategic priorities, often autonomously.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organised, proactive, and tech-savvy.
  • Experienced in supporting senior executives or entrepreneurs.
  • Confident representing leadership in front of clients and partners.
  • Highly comfortable with tools such as Asana (or similar project management software).
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities with tact and discretion.
  • Based in Truro or London – with flexibility to travel between both locations regularly.

You should expect to spend approximately one week in London every 6–8 weeks to support client meetings and team gatherings, with more frequent travel to Truro as needed.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional EA role, it’s a chance to become an integral partner to a visionary business leader. You’ll help shape growth, drive strategic execution, and ensure operations run seamlessly across an expanding portfolio of ventures.

If you’re an energetic, solutions-focused professional who loves making things happen, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
