Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive PA to join a high-performing and fast-paced Private Equity firm based in beautiful offices in Marylebone. This is a pivotal support role working 1:2 for a Partner and a Director: two exceptionally busy and dynamic individuals, requiring a sharp, confident, and highly organised PA who thrives on being indispensable.

You will be joining a tight-knit and collaborative team of PAs who support each other and enjoy a warm, friendly culture. The firm is known for its supportive leadership, and genuine appreciation of its people, this is a workplace where your contribution is noticed and valued. A supportive and fun environment where the PA’s are valued and looked after.

The Role:

This is a true right-hand PA position offering a great level of involvement. You'll need to be a self-starter who enjoys taking initiative, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of your executives’ day-to-day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive and ever-changing diary management
  • Coordinating complex, multi-stop international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Inbox management and gatekeeping – acting as the first point of contact and managing communications efficiently
  • Preparing documentation ahead of meetings (board packs, investor reports, presentations etc.)
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Assisting with personal duties when required
  • Managing expenses and invoice processing
  • Taking ownership of small projects and internal initiatives – this is a role where you'll be trusted to run with things
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business and externally, including investors, portfolio companies, and senior clients

We're looking for a career PA/EA – someone who takes real pride in providing exceptional support and who brings energy, polish, and a solutions-focused mindset to their role.

You will ideally have:

  • Solid PA/EA experience at senior level, ideally within financial or professional services (Private Equity experience a bonus but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise with gravitas at all levels
  • A calm and professional approach with a good sense of humour
  • High attention to detail and a knack for staying one step ahead
  • The ability to juggle multiple demands while keeping a cool head under pressure
  • A flexible and team-spirited approach – happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
