We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the MD of an Investment Company based in the heart of the West End. As Executive Assistant at this prestigious firm, you will be responsible for ensuring the MDs schedule runs smoothly, providing diary management, inbox management, travel arrangements, research for meetings and ad hoc requests as needed. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the office and ensuring the office and kitchen are fully stocked. This would suit an EA who likes to be the ‘go-to’ person of an office and have the attitude that no job is too big or small! This role will be office based with the potential to work 1 day from home.

Duties will include:

• Full diary management
• Inbox management
• Complex travel arrangements
• Project management
• Office management

Requirements:

• Degree level or equivalent
• Strong MS skills – including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational skills
• Able to use initiative
• Technology savvy
• Efficient
• High attention to detail
