Executive Assistant - Private Equity

Job Description

My client are a slick and sociable Private Equity Firm based in Central London. This is a superb environment where the EAs are integral and hugely valued within the business. This role is supporting a busy Partner plus 2 other senior individuals in a senior EA capacity. Candidates need to be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment, juggling diaries with lots of real-time last-minute changes and remain calm!

Duties will include:

• Extensive and intricate diary management that moves at pace with last minute alterations
• Arranging end-to-end travel - domestic and international
• Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
• Maintaining reports
• Relationship building with portfolio companies
• Manage team expenses
• Maintain contacts database
• Preparing documents for board meetings, VC’s and calls
• Participation in weekly team meetings
• Some aspects of personal admin (to a lesser extent)
