Executive Assistant to C-Suite – Luxury Brand

Job Description

We have just picked up a remarkable opportunity for an experienced EA to support C-Suite of a huge global organisation with fantastic exposure. A household name (FTSE 100) known for its cutting edge technology and reach in the luxury sector. Their remit is extraordinary. This is a fast-paced role within a professional yet dynamic environment and the ability to stretch and grown your skills. The ideal candidate will be experienced, able to remain calm under pressure and balance a busy schedule and travel itinerary, they will also have experience working within a global organisation. This is a really exciting role with a lot of scope to grow with the principle as they go from strength to strength alongside you!

• Manage and maintain a complex diary and schedule, always thinking 10 steps ahead

• Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including private jet coordination

• Provide comprehensive administrative support

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times

• Ad hoc Projects and the ability to project manage

• Internal and External Stakeholder management

• Understanding of investor rounds

• Event management

• Board support
