We are working with a leading global consultancy to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a senior, high trust role requiring sound judgement, discretion and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the CEO, you will manage a complex diary across multiple locations and time zones, ensure thorough meeting preparation, and act as a key point of coordination and gatekeeping. The role also spans broader business support, including leadership meetings, client interaction, new business coordination and CRM oversight.
Location: Brighton (hybrid, typically three days in the office)
You will have proven experience supporting a CEO or senior leader, ideally within a professional services or corporate setting. Highly organised and calm under pressure, you are confident managing competing priorities and making considered decisions. Strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and solid Microsoft Office capability are essential; CRM experience is advantageous.
