On top of classic EA duties, you will be collating info for reports and take on more operational responsibilities. This is a really fabulous working environment, lovely offices and a supportive team.

Duties will include:

  • Represent Directors in department meetings as required.
  • Meeting Coordination including preparation of agendas, materials, and presentations both internal and external.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and maintain minute and action trackers to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, responding on behalf of the Senior Directors professionally and with sound judgement.
  • Assess the importance of tasks and communications, ensuring that the Directors time is allocated effectively, researching, collecting and analysing information in advance.
  • Organising and maintaining electronic files on internal systems.
  • Assisting in the review, analysis and consolidation of key metrics, performance and/or compliance reports.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to judge context, make connections and build relationships.

  • A creative problem solver, with initiative to take appropriate decisions and understand who to approach to obtain information to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Personable, a proactive team player, confident working under pressure, while maintaining a sense of humour
