Executive Assistant to Managing Directors

Job Description

Our client, an impressive fashion firm, are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to join their highly collaborative, close-knit team and support their two Managing Directors. This is such an exciting opportunity for an EA who is seeking a role where you will be much relied on, thrive under pressure when juggling many balls and have strong previous EA experience as well as bags of enthusiasm. 

Based in their gorgeous open plan offices in Camden, you will support them with business and private duties (60/40 spilt) and be excited to work amongst high achievers and be part of a growing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Complex diary management

• Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc

• Organise Ex co-offsites, CEO conferences and board meetings

• Private duties, to include household management

We are looking for a high energy EA who is an excellent and sophisticated communicator, highly adaptable and can is confident liaising with all clients and stakeholders.
